## Scope

These notes apply to registration as an agency pilot customer through the form on this website. They supplement the general [privacy policy]({{< relref "privacy" >}}).

## Data we process

The form collects:

- name
- mobile number
- time of registration
- confirmation that you agreed to these notes and to the agency pilot conditions

When you open the page and submit the form, technically necessary connection data is also processed, in particular IP address, date, and time. That data is stored in the server logs.

Name, mobile number, and consent are required. The registration cannot be sent without them. The form does not ask for an email address. Registration does not create a newsletter subscription.

If you later send a quote or feedback, we also process that text and the name under which the quote should appear.

## Purpose

We process the data to call you about your agency pilot registration, to handle the request in CRM and the support inbox as its own category, and to keep a record of your consent.

Once you are happy with MainPath and give us a quote, we publish it with your name on this website. We use feedback to improve the platform.

## Legal basis

We process your name and mobile number to handle your request to join the agency pilot, including free use for as long as you use the software. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request).

The checkbox confirms that you have read these notes and the conditions and agree to the processing described here. Where we rely on your consent, in particular to publish a quote you later provide, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We process server logs to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website.

## Recipients and storage

The form sends the data directly to our backend at api.mainpath.ai. We store it as a CRM contact and a support ticket in the agency-pilot category. No external form provider receives the data.

Storage takes place on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Where required, we have a data processing agreement with Hetzner under Art. 28 GDPR. Further details are in the [privacy policy]({{< relref "privacy" >}}).

A published quote is visible to visitors of this website.

## Retention

We keep the data while we handle the registration and the agency pilot relationship continues. A published quote stays online while the related page exists, and we remove it on request. We then delete or anonymize the registration data, unless a statutory retention duty applies.

## Withdrawal

You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to kontakt [at] doppelt-digital.de or by phone. Processing carried out before withdrawal remains lawful. If no other legal basis remains, we delete the data and take a published quote off the website.

## Your rights

Under the GDPR you have in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

## Changes

We update these notes when the form or the legal situation changes.
