Scope
These notes apply to registration as a pilot customer through the form on this website. They supplement the general privacy policy.

Data we process
The form collects:
- name
- mobile number
- time of registration
- confirmation that you agreed to these notes
When you open the page and submit the form, technically necessary connection data is also processed, in particular IP address, date, and time. That data is stored in the server logs.
Name, mobile number, and consent are required. The registration cannot be sent without them. The form does not ask for any other data. Registration does not create a newsletter subscription.
Purpose
We process the data to call you about your pilot registration, to handle the request in CRM and the support inbox, and to keep a record of your consent.
Legal basis
We process your name and mobile number to handle your request to join the pilot. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request).
The checkbox confirms that you have read these notes and agree to the processing described here. Where we rely on your consent, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
We process server logs to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website.
Recipients and storage
The form sends the data directly to our backend at api.mainpath.ai. We store it as a CRM contact and a support ticket. No external form provider receives the data.
Storage takes place on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Where required, we have a data processing agreement with Hetzner under Art. 28 GDPR. Further details are in the privacy policy.
Retention
We keep the data while we handle the registration and any pilot relationship that follows from it. We then delete or anonymize it, unless a statutory retention duty applies.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to kontakt [at] doppelt-digital.de or by phone. Processing carried out before withdrawal remains lawful. If no other legal basis remains, we delete the data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Changes
We update these notes when the form or the legal situation changes.
